Package Your Items
Place the unworn apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all labels and hangtags remain securely attached to the garments.
Print and Ship
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
